Cabling, Relays, and Connectors
We provide a range of different types of cabling and connectors for LED and HID Lights.
For driving lights, spot lights, and light bars we have complete relay harnesses with Deutsch connectors for single lights like light bars, or for dual set-ups like 2x driving lights. We can also supply cabling for 3 or 4 lights upon request. You can also get "High Beam Quick Fit Kits" for Free with relay harnesses upon request for connecting lights to your high beam switch on the headlight connector, but we do not recommend this as some vehicles have different electrical systems, (such as negative switching systems), so we recommend getting your local auto electrician to fit them.

Waterproof connector kits are available for HID Bulbs and Ballasts, and for universal applications, and we have extension cables for HID Bulbs and Ballasts, and H4 HID Relay harnesses, (also available for HB5 9007 H/L, and H13 H/L HID HID Relay Harnesses).
Driving Light and Light Bar Relay Harness
The relay harnesses for HID and LED Driving Lights and Light Bars are a universal harness with single cabling or dual cabling.
They come with a rocker switch and Deutsch connectors and can be used on driving lights, light bars, or work lights. The relay is fully waterproof and rated at 40amp, and the rocker switch is rated at 20amps. They will suit driving lights up to 100w HID and light bars up to 52". They are available in 12v or 24v and use high quality cabling.
HID H4 Relay Harnesses
The range of H4 Relay harnesses are available for dual systems, or in the single "Easy Fit" set up.
The Dual Harnesses are available for H4, HB5 9007, HB1 9004, and H13 H/L Bulbs.
The Easy Fit H4 Single Bulb Relays come in a three different types. The first is 12v, the second is 24v, and the third is with cabling for powering from the battery.
The first and second types plug directly into the cars, motorcycles, or trucks original H4 headlight connector and draw power through the original H4 headlight connector.
The third type of H4 single relay is available in 12v and has cabling on on it that draws current directly from the battery. These are generally used on motorcycles, or applications where there are current draw issues on drawing current from the vehicles headlight connector.
NOTE*** Single bulbs such as H1, H3, H7, do not need a relay harness, they plug directly into your existing headlight connectors. H/L Bulbs need a relay harnesses for switching between high beam and low beam, and they pick up the switch from your headlight connector. Single beam bulbs simply switch on or off from your original headlight connector.
Deutsch and Waterproof Connector Kits
The waterproof plugs are available in a 2pin Deutsch connector style, a universal 2pin style, and a single pin type. They come in kits with male and female plugs, all the terminals, and rubber seals.
Note*** For HID bulbs, use single waterproof plugs, if you use 2pin Deutsch connectors, the terminals are too close together for high voltage HID bulb wiring and will "arc" out on each other.
HID Bulb and Ballast Cables
The Extender cables are 1mtr long and are available in dual high voltage cable with single pin plugs, male and female connectors for HID bulbs, and the dual cable low voltage cable with a double pin connector for HID ballast inputs, or other universal applications.
We also have adapter cables and connectors for OEM conversions. These are for connecting after market ballasts to OEM Bulbs, D1S/R/C, D2S/R/C, D3S/R/C, D4S/R/C.
